Our classes will be now based on
what is in season.
Live on the edge! No menu until
just days before the class.
The final recipes will be
based on what is available that
week from the local farms!
Track the class as it comes
together...
We will set up a page on the web
site were we will start writing
about the class several days
before, giving you an insight
into how the recipes are formed,
some of the trials and successes
of recipe development, and
information of the seasonal
ingredients we will be
featuring!
We will also be going back
to a more "intimate" style of
class, with only 12
people per class. As per the
last few classes you will be
able to sit in a semi circle
around the demonstration table.
(Everyone gets a front row
seat!)
This style of class really
follows our philosophy of local
and seasonal, and is a
direction we are very excited
about!
