Red onion marmalade and herbed Goats Pride dairy chevre mousse

Selections of Agassiz Farm House cheese and Goats Pride Dairy cheese with local blueberry, honey, and thyme compote

Dinner:

House baked bread with Anitas flour and Glorious Organics herbs

6 hour slow roasted sweet onions from GVOF

GVOF runner beans sauteed with bacon and shallots

6 Master veal breast stuffed with GVOF dandelion and Goat's Pride Dairy chevre with Glorious Organic basil jus

6 Master ruan duck two ways; roasted breast and braised leg; served with a Glorious Organic mulberry jus

Country mashed potatoes with GVOF melted leeks

GVOF beets with Honeyview farms honey glaze

Salad of Glorious Organics purslane, GVOF beans, and house bacon with sherry vinagrette

Salad of GVOF tomatoes, shaved GVOF fennel, Glorious Organics celebration salad, and edible flowers
